Every person tends to feel dating anxiety while going on a first date. Dating anxiety is basically nervousness or agitation that people feel while going for a date. Dating jitters is a very common phenomenon; both men and women tend to suffer from this restless condition. People generally feel extremely nervous on their first dates and blind dates.

1.Be confident of your self

Do not plan from before to make your date perfect, this would make you more nervous.  Your partner will not expect you to do all the right things at the right time, so be calm and relaxed. Making mistakes is in the human nature. Try to enjoy every moment by having a relaxing conversation with your partner.

5.Just be your self
Do not try to pretend or imitate someone else, just try to be yourself. If you will act in a normal way then it would surely help you in getting rid of dating anxiety. This is a very successful method of over coming dating nervousness.
